I've been back to the Bottlehouse three times, and each time it improves. First things first: bar food! The cajun and cheddar fries are delicious and provide a little kick. A large is enough for two hungry people. These fries complement the large and interesting beer selection. I'm not a beer aficionado, but I always find at least two or three excellent drafts to quench my thirst. Don't forget to try the session beers when you can! Second, the charcuterie platter is no joke. It's large and in-charge. No skimping on the good stuff here. Third, the cocktail menu has expanded...or exploded in the best way possible. These cocktails are the real deal. They aren't watered down, and they showcase local liquors like Watershed Gin and have imaginative (i.e. not overdone) twists on classics. High Five to the owner for bringing it! My case in point: I'll continue to visit this bar and enjoy it's large beer hall style tables and interesting reading materials for as long as I can.
