  • The service was slow and the food was disappointing. We went for lunch and from the point of being seated to having our check brought to us was slow. We finished our drinks before our appetizer came out, requested refills, ate our appetizers with empty glasses, finished our appetizers and still had empty glasses. I requested ketchup...it took 8.32 min. Take your timer and have your staff sit in front of a hot plate (mine was not so hot btw) and have them wait 8.32 min. You get my point. Now, had the restaurant been busy this would have been somewhat acceptable. It was not busy, there were several empty tables. I witnessed employees sipping out of a glass, joking with other staff (including my server) and basically taking their time. The food was served cold, it was underwhelming, over salted and on top of that, hard to enjoy due to the not so great service. Frankly, there are plenty of places to spend my money on food. This will not be one of them. I'd like to end this with something positive...our server smiled a lot!
