  • I wish I could give less. This has been the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a service activated. I haven't even had my service turned on officially yet and it's been three weeks. They did not get our address correct and screwed up the shipping of the modem. The day someone was supposed to come out the first time no one ever showed and no calls. I've been on the phone with six different people today who gave me three different excuses. I was told someone would be here between 5-7 with a modem to connect service still no one. We called customer service and they were absolutely zero help. I am canceling my service in the morning. I will never refer anyone to this company
