Not a fan. I made an appointment for contacts, but I got halfway through the appointment before I realized they had me down for glasses. I explained what I wanted and that I wasn't eligible for new frames yet through my insurance, but they still had a high pressure sales pitch for frames. The doctor told the staff to tell me I wasn't a good candidate for contacts, but he wouldn't say why. I've worn contacts before, and for many years. I have a feeling that the extremely high prices of the frames are what pay the bills and contacts must not be worth it to them. I ended up leaving empty handed.
Also, they insist on billing my medical insurance and wouldn't even take my insurance information for my vision coverage. Now I'm dealing with a denied claim through medical and trying to convince them that they are billing the wrong company and I don't actually owe the balance. So frustrating!!
