  • In actuality the gentleman who came to grab my car was amazing. He was polite and patient, and even helped me bring all the stuff that I had in my car up to my apartment, even though I know he didn't need to - for him alone I would say 5 stars. But the dispatcher Tom was argumentative and curt, which I don't appreciate in any capacity. I'm having a shitty night and just trying to make my situation easier by requesting where I'd like my vehicle to go. Although he was being instructed by my insurance company to take the vehicle else where, he could have been more mindful that AGAIN this is a shitty night for me (rather then being normalized) and still exerted proper customer service by behaving in the way his drive was.
