  • I wish there was a slot to mark 0 stars. This is the worst company & I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I started service with them 2 weeks ago and signed up for a bi-weekly service. The cleaners that came to my house clearly did not have any cleaning experience. One girl tried making up for the other one, but it just didn't work. I called the manager right away and discussed my frustrations. He was great and said that next time he would send 2 different people and would only charge me their cost ($41.00). For that reason, I was willing to give them another chance. They were scheduled to be at my house tomorrow afternoon. At 7:45 tonight, the manager called me and told me that the owner, Greg Sanchez, was not going to honor what was promised to me 2 weeks ago and that he would have to charge me full price. What the manager also told me was that they have lost a lot of business and that they are trying to re-build. Greg Sanchez clearly does not care about his business or keeping a customer. The manager also told me that he got in trouble for promising me that and that he should have sent the same cleaners right back. He attempted to take full responsibility for his actions. He wanted to provide good customer service, but Greg Sanchez would not allow it. If you are looking for good house cleaning service, look elsewhere. This company does not deserve to be in business! I was told the owner's name is Greg Sanchez. After reviewng the other reviews, I am beginning to question if that is even the truth. I asked the manager to have Greg Sanchez call me and he said that would not happen & he would not give me Greg Sanchez's phone number. I honestly am uncomfortable even knowing that this shady business has my address. Yuck!
