  • Worst customer service and business model I have ever seen. TWC doesn't care about me (or you, I'm certain). All they care about is your dollar and they will do whatever they an to get it, without providing value. "You can buy your own modem" they said. What they did NOT say is that it would not work later--when they up their speeds in a pitiful, desperate grab for market share--in light of Google bringing fiber into town soon. I have zero loyalty to TWC and will bail (even if I have to pay more for Google) at the first opportunity I have. Good riddance, TWC. Your day is done.
