  • I reside in LV and yesterday was my birthday after a long day at work my lovely husband decided to take me to HEXX for dinner to celebrate. Very nice and yes it was a busy night with a convention in town. We got our table at 8:50pm placed our order at 9:10pm by that time it started dying down a bit. Well at 10:05 my husband and me just look at each other and wonder why the table next to us which is a party of four and get seated 20 min after get their meal. Our waiter, Lupe finally comes and states "let me check if your food is ready" it's 10:15 ish by this time my husband is frustrated, hungry and really disappointed. She came back and said it's going to take another 5 min. At this point after waiting this long, being ignored and had a long day at work and us simply just wanting a decent meal since it was my birthday failed.It really sucks to have your hopes up on a restaurant and have my birthday dinner ruined because the waiter forgot about our table. Extremely disappointed, we left.
