  • I dropped my iPhone 5s as I have a million times in the past however this time it landed just right and shattered the screen. I've never broken an iPhone screen in the past and when I went to see if I had coverage through Verizon I didn't. I was so bummed and looked into getting my screen replaced at the Apple Store. They are hard to get appointments with AND they want to charge $130 for my phone model. My boyfriend started looking into shops on Yelp with good reviews. He found some decent looking ones in chandler but I didn't want to have to drive that far to get it replaced for a decent price. He then found this one! Not only are the so completely affordable but they are also very easy to contact. You can call or schedule online like I did. As a dental hygienist I talk more than a normal female and I am very curious as well as very conscious of being on time. Being on time to me is 15 minutes early. Isiah was very impressive with his customer service, allowing me to ask questions and watch him fix my screen (which is very complicated by the way). He was more than 15 minutes early which I appreciate and he told me about how he and his brother run this operation together and with his work ethic at such a young age all I see is a bright future for this company. He is very professional, prepared, and timely. He fixed my screen before the time he was even supposed to be there for the appointment. It was cheaper than the Apple Store, he made sure everything was working properly before he left, he gave me his card for a 90 day guarantee, and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you so much for fixing my screen and being so pleasant.
