I have to tell you...I will not be shopping at Tilly's again. It seems to be a pattern of the worst customer service ever. Let me take that back. I wouldn't know about their customer because I can't even get an employee to look at me.
Yesterday I went in to the store at the Arrowhead Mall looking to buy a new pair of board shorts. I asked by 4 employees. Not one of them recognized me, said hello, offer to help you or even care to look at me. I spent 10 min wandering around still nothing...so I left.
Then I go next store to Buckle...and they were awesome. Welcomed me, help me find what I was looking for, told me their name, asked my name and used it.
I know that one lost customer will not hurt their business but by my experience... they don't care anyway.
