  • 6:15 in the drivethru ordered two hot chocolates and waited over 10 minutes to get to the window and the guy working the window tells me I don't have an order for you with an attitude. I don't just get into a Starbucks line to sit and wait order ten minutes because I have nothing better to do with my time Kindly I replied I did order two hot chocolates but if you can't locate the order you have it now. This location needs better organization
