| - 5 stars WITH A CAVEAT. I'm still giving this store 5 stars (check out my previous detailed review). However, I do have a major complaint that I hope will be fixed--although the rectification has to come from the corporate owners rather than from local management. My complaint is some of the highly inefficient ways they allow customers to save. To take advantage of their coupons and some of their special deals, you have to be signed up on their website. Numerous times when I've gone to the store, they couldn't find me in their system and I didn't get an additional discount. Or else I missed some website specials by a DAY. Plus, they have a cumbersome coupon system: you have to click the coupons online that you want. How do I know what I'll want until I get to the store? Otherwise, it's a waste of time to click, click, click, to add these items to my account. And then there's a complex point discount system, which EXPIRES if you don't use them every so often. Please, Natural Grocers, don't force customers to go through hoops just to get 20 cents off! Give these discounts to EVERYONE. Have a circular with coupons available to everyone who comes into the store--like Sprouts does. It's a waste of precious time and creative energy to get caught up in your system for savings.
