  • Start off my saying I absolutely love the gym and atmosphere here, but the customer service and the business it's self need help. I've called them countless time since November of last year to cancel my training membership but come to find out I couldn't because I supposedly signed a contract for a year that I didn't get a copy of or did they let me read it there before I signed. Then my contract was up but I'm still being charged because I didn't give a 30 day notice about canceling it, when I've already called previously about 10 time about wanting to cancel it. Their customer service is terrible and if it weren't for me liking the actually gym part of this place I wouldn't come back.
