We changed to Sprint from AT&T. Saved $50.00 per month. Not sure it was worth the hassle. I ordered our phones. They came in great condition, except my child bride preferred a different type from her last. This is where the trouble starts. Went to this location, explained the situation and stood at the business area where I thought it would be taken care of in just a few minutes. There was a lot of conversations, ipads were pulled out...(I knew then I was in trouble. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE) I didn't have my order no. I thought since the phones have numbers and were activated they could find that right away...I was wrong. Long story short. 45 minutes later, (I was being generous) I exited this establishment. Love the phones...hate the service. Went across the street and enjoyed an In and Out burger. The day ended well!
