  • I suspect that they have been interested in customer service and quality work at one time. However, it seems that a little success has gone to their head. Rude and arrogant best fits my experience -- including the owner yelling at and demeaning an employee in front of customers -- "we are professionals, professions" he yelled at her because she was trying to comply with the customers wish and he did not think it was "in style". My pants were marked for tailoring in a very casual manner and the pants are over an inch too long. Very disappointed, thought I had found a good tailor and they may have been at one time.
