I had just received a VERY nice note from a Senior Geno's Official (and that's probably not her real title) who assured me that the issues with delivery have been addresses. She seemed genuine and sincere so if I'm being honest, I'm inclined to give the delivery team a second (or so) chance hahaha.
Again, as I said in my initial review, the good I had while I was a dine-in customer was really good and the people there were very nice too. Here's to hoping the delivery times is better. :)
