  • Recently had my tile replaced and needed the downstairs deep cleaned before we brought the furniture back in. There was dust everywhere, and I had heard great things about this company. Called for a quote- was told $159 for 3 hours of work and two people cleaning- and keep in mind this included an empty kitchen, one bathroom, and two living rooms with nothing in them but a couch and kitchen table. This didn't include any of the bedrooms or upstairs of my home. When the scheduled time comes, only one person is there to clean (remember we were quoted for two, which would have been a total of 6 hours of work between them) and she didn't do a very good job. She forgot to clean some windows and didn't dust some blinds, and a lot of the work I felt like I could have done myself. I'd understand if there were tons of trinkets around, but honestly the house was almost empty. I feel like we should have paid half of what we were charged considering we got half the work we were promised. Have emailed Maid Pro about this and have gotten no response.. Will look into other cleaning companies in the future.
