Yesterday morning, I tried ordering coffee through the new mobile starbucks app at this location for the first time. We went through drive thru to pick up our coffee. I ordered a tall hot caramel macchiato and an iced venti Americano. Once we approached the drive thru window... the barista gave us two iced drinks. I told her the order was wrong and instead of apologizing.. she shrugs her shoulders and goes "I dunno.. you ordered it." I looked at my order on my mobile app and it was ordered correctly. I showed her exactly what my order said on the phone and she shrugs her shoulders again and goes, "I dunno... I don't even know how to use that." I gotta give it to her for offering to remake the drink but at that moment.. we just wanted to leave with our drinks. She had poor customer service and her responses were very unprofessional. I used the same order at other Starbucks locations a few days ago and not once have I ever had a mistake on the order. Even if it was their mistake.. a simple "I'm sorry" would have been fine but her poor customer service and attitude was really unacceptable
