This was the 5th different escape room I've done in Texas and Phoenix. This was the worst escape room I've done. We did the 80's room and was really excited to try this one. Major disappointment. The clues were so random and made absolutely no sense. I won't go into details about it because I don't want to give away their secrets. Anyway, we were able to figure out most of the clues by luck, not because the clues lead you anywhere. It was also the first one I've done that was only in one room. That would have been fine if the clues were better. The room was kind of small for 8 people too. That would have been better with 6 or less people.
The clue master wasn't helpful. You have to hope for help. The other ones I have done give you a button to hit if you feel you need help to keep the experience moving. They usually give you 3 free clues. Not the case here. We found ourselves stuck for about 10 min going no where and we would have used a free clue then if we could have. Instead we found ourselves just sitting and hoping for help.
Another huge problem was the room was like a sauna. Everyone in the room was sweating and it just wasn't an enjoyable experience. When we mentioned it at the end, the lady just said you had to deal with it. There are others escape rooms that are much better.
