  • Customer Service has and always been important to me. It shows how you really feel about customers that keep you in business. Talley's is top notch! A very good friend's father's memorial is today. I wanted to make sure flowers were delivered but totally spaced on getting it done earlier in the day yesterday so at 4pm Chicago time....5pm NC time...I started calling places in Lincolnton....no answer. Switched to Gastonia and behold spoke with Amy at Talley's. Extremely nice. Professional. Caring. And willing to get a standing floral arrangement together AND delivered in time for the 3pm memorial scheduled for today. Not even a 24 hour turnaround. I viewed pictures of Amy's arrangements on yelp and told her to just have at it. She clearly knows what she's doing and I didn't have a preference other than make it beautiful. I called Amy again a few minutes ago since I knew the memorial was close to starting and I just wanted to make sure the arrangment was delivered. Told me it was there by 12:30p. This. My fellow yelpers...is the mark of STELLAR customer service. Call in or go by to place an order. You will not be disappointed. 9/11/16 Edit: I'm editing this review to include a picture of the beautiful arrangement that Amy texted me.
