  • My experience with Marti, owner of PNC, has been amazing! I have been very in tune and focused on living a healthy lifestyle supplementing with good nutrition and exercise, but I have always had some stubborn extra weight I just could not get rid of. I have tried countless nutrition lifestyle diets- vegetarian, paleo, high fat/ high protein, 40/40/20, low carb.. the list goes on. I have had temporary success with some of these but I never felt totally satisfied with the outcome. I know how to choose good, nutritious food that will fuel my body, but I was not eating in the right composition. After initially meeting with Marti, she laid out all the details and was very good at explaining her approach to nutrition and how it was different than other programs and why it works. I love that she caters to your needs and makes your menu totally personalized for your body! I have been seeing Marti since the April and Marti has been there cheering me on in my best weeks and has encouraged me during my not so good weeks. I have lost about 14% body fat since following Marti's program. Marti will teach you about how your body works with food and gives you educational material so you learn and understand the basics of nutrition. Marti will teach you how to make it easier going out to dinner or how best to stay on track while traveling. Marti is so knowledgeable about nutrition and offers the best nutrition services out there. I cannot say enough positive things about PNC!
