  • Never, never ever use this company. A salesman came to my house and gave me a ridiculous price on tile for 3 areas. They then proceeded to discount the cost. claiming it was "commecial grade tile" ( of which I am not convinced that it is). The original cost was almost 7K for an average size kitchen bathroom and entryway. It was reduced to 4K and then I had to go with cheaper fiberglass floor for the bathroom. I was way over budget. I felt I was ripped off. They told me the install would be done by their workers which was a lie. It was an independent contractor who actually showed up with his own truck tools and workers. They also showed up with the wrong materials. I had to watch them to make sure they did the job correctly. They were not going to tile under my dishwasher and some tiles were crooked. I made them fix it which they did. The job order was incorrect. I wanted tile baseboard and it wasnt on the contract. I had to go buy the base I wanted, which I was reimbursed for. The internal communication inside the company is not good. Salesman are not talking to install managers and install managers are not talking to workers. I was constantly on the phone to make sure stuff was right. The whole ordeal was a real hassle. The job came out ok and looks nice. I am pleased with tile, But wil certainly not be a repeat customer. I thik in the future I will just buy the tile myself and find a crew to install it and take my chances. I think I would be better off. It's going to be real interesting to see if they will actually honor their warranty if something goes wrong.
