LOST 3 PACKAGES!! HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOTALLY NEGLIGENT!!! They lost 2 packages being delivered to me and 1 package that I shipped via ebay and dropped off at this post office..all over a 3 month period. Also, 1 package that was transferred from UPS to be delivered to me by my USPS mail carrier was rifled thru with items missing and damaged and returned to ups with no attempt to deliver it to me! They do nothing about it! You get stonewalled of you try to speak to supervisors and the claims department is a total dead end! Via my own leg work i found out (from the supervisor) that one of the packages that was lost by my carrier actually was scanned from her scanner and marked as delivered. When i spoke directly to the carrier she did not recall delivering a package at all on the date in question! Another package that I shipped which also went missing was never scanned at the post office after i placed it in the large bin in the lobby.. I made sure it was packaged correctly in the correct shipping box with the shipping label securely taped to it. It was "lost" as a result of their total negligence! The supervisor said that if i want to make sure my package (for which I paid for Priority Mail tracking) actually gets scanned and tracked, not to put it in the bin.. But wait in line and give it to a clerk.. Why is the bin there then? Is it the free "sh!t for postal workers to "lose" bin? This post office needs an internal investigation!
Update.. Another package missing!! It says delivered in/at mailbox at an unusual time of day long after my courier usually delivers like clock work! I think it was stolen by an employee of USPS!!!! This post office needs an investigation!! A delivery from a well known musical instrument retailer! GONE!!!! No one has any answers!
