  • Let's get this out of the way: no one comes to these places for fun and the rates always feel exorbitant. Ok, that being said: this is one of the better ones. The decor is fascinating and that is important when your butt is glued to a chair for the duration. Immediately get a number from the red dispenser on the right. Ideally someone would tell you that when you arrive - but if not - understanding will dawn as numbers are called :P This place is BUSY with a myriad of services, and I did notice them make a visible effort to track 'who's on first'. More importantly, the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and efficient (and kind). Load your phone with a good game before you come, make sure you have all your paperwork, a treasure chest of gold, and a delicious coffee :P
