Went into the Cafe On Leche today. The atmosphere was great, but the service not so. There was a blonde, slightly heavy girl working around the afternoon. I asked for a medium coffee and a pastry, on which she responded by showing me a half of cup of coffee, saying: "sorry that's all I have, would u like me to brew you some more?" I responded with a smile "that should be enough I think". Curiosity struck me why an employee of an upper end cafe would ask me such a silly question?? I mean, what if Starbucks employees were to inform customers that they didn't feel like brewing more coffee?? After all, people go out of their way to visit Cafe on Leche. After she cashed me out, she grabbed her plate of food and started eating behind the counter...Well, my overall experience was not the best, but the employer has to train his/her staff better. ;)
