  • Great location which is a block or so away from the beginning of all the high end stores. Their staff is very accommodating and on top of things. They always inquire if we needed anything and are quick to get the valet to pull up our car. I got a handicap accessible room during my first night and they changed me out to a deluxe room for the remainder of the stay the following day after. They even moved our bags for us while we were out. The "upgrade" was at an extra $20 but it was worth it. The pictures online showed a nicer bathroom which is why I booked and it wasn't grande but it was spacious and clean. Bed and comforter are very comfy however, the 2nd room's bed was a bit itchy. Idk. Ordered room service and they brought it up quick...even though it was midnight. Loved that they have the fridge stocked up w/ all sorts of non and alcoholic beverages. Movies on demand are expensive at $17.99 CAD. They offer parking/valet w/ in and out privileges at $39ish/day. If you need a few Canadian bucks, you can exchange at the front desk. They'll even print out directions for you if you need a map to go somewhere. Free WiFi if you sign up to be an IHG member. Do it because international data rates are scary.
