| - Our experience started off bad as we had to wait for about 5 to 7 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. After we waved down a passing waitress, she someone would be with us. Then a girl came up and asked how we were doing and we said we would be doing better if we could get seated. She then said.."well at least you did have to wait an hour and a half like some people earlier in the day". I thought,, huh ok. That was odd. Then she sat us. The waiter was cool and nice and he earned the restaurant the second star, otherwise it would be a zero. The ribs that were on the father's day special came out cold. So we asked if they could be fixed. The waiter said that they would going to get us a new rack of ribs. The ribs came out as a half rack not cut, but were cut by one of our guest. The waiter said they were going to make it right and get us a new rack. Then the rack that came back from the kitchen was already precut the same way we sent it to the kitchen. But they insisted that it was a new rack. The replacement rack wad so dry and not good, so we informed our waiter again. He said he would tell his manager. Three people at the table tried the ribs. And they were dry according to everyone. The manager came out and asked why didn't we sent it back if the ribs were not good, we said we told the waiter and he simply said that he would inform the manager. By the way, the manager was the bitchy rude girl that sat us down in the beginning, Ms Corrine (not sure on the spelling). She said something along the lines of well, do you not like the ribs because you don't want to pay for them. I was like that is great customer service. Make the customer feel like shit because of your crap product and service. Needless to say we will never be going back, which is too bad because the waiter was cool. His name was Eric. Coodos to him and hopefully they good a new manager to fix their image.
