As an outta of towner, I appreciated the Pittsburgh flavor in the food that they serve. The sausage patty was like 4 inches long and looked like a ground round steak with a little sweet and heat in it. The home fries were perfect and unique. They offered Italian bread for toast and it was thick and good. The OE eggs were absolutely perfect. The owner described for me their methodology in how they Cook and why they do things a particular way, including their utensils and cooking tools. Clearly this place has honed their craft. The food came out fast and the service was great. No wonder the locals were here for lunch.
