  • I've been to this UPS store quite a few times but before this last visit it's been awhile. It's ok they provide quite a few services the other UPS stores may or may not have such as mailbox, packing and printing services. The customer service is hit and miss, they've never been really big on it at all. This recent visit I was only picking up a package. When first approaching the counter the staff member was in the back doing something, nobody else in the store. He finally came out and I told him I was just in to pick up a package. He said ok, as we kind of starred at each other. With me picking up many package in the past I asked him, do you need to see my ID, he said yes usually it's kind of expected for them to ask for ID the customer for ID as they pick up packages. I signed and was on my way, no biggy. The parking lot is super tight I guess since it's sharing space with a Super Walmart and other stores around it.
