  • Was really excited for the opening of this Dairy Queen. As far as chains go, DQ has always been towards the top of my list. However, I will never go back to this location. We went tonight for a late night run for some fries and blizzards. We were told that they don't fry anything at that location. No French fries, no fried chicken...nothing. Who do they think they are? They're a fast food chain built on unhealthy options. Besides, for being so close to ASU, what college student will want a chicken wrap at midnight. To top it off, we ordered mini blizzards...they were $2.99 a piece. When we pulled up to the window, we were literally handed Dixie cup sizes blizzards. Are you kidding me? What a ripoff. Unfortunately, this DQ is bound to repeat the same failure as its predecessor, Long John Silvers. Can't wait to see what business will take over next. Go to Rita's, Culvers, or Freddy's if you want some ice cream late at night. Or just hip up the Bosa donut right next door.
