  • Doesn't even deserve the one star in all honesty. I came here around 5:30 in the hopes of getting my nails done and being satisfied with the service provided. A woman by the name of Rose called me over to her work station. I showed her the image of the acrylic nails I hoped to achieve and she said she could do it. I didn't like how it looked on the first nail she tried it on. She told me that it will look better later on but just to be patient for now, so I had faith. Throughout the whole process she gave me cuts, handled my nails in a rough manner and then would spray alcohol onto my cuts after I showed her they were there. I tried to look beyond all of this, in the hopes my nails would turn out as I hoped. In the end, she couldn't do it so I ended up with a single colored gel nail and was refunded $10 after paying $55 and tipping her $20 before she completed the service. She left multiple paint marks on my fingers and would try to rub them off with a filer. I told her never mind I'll remove the white polish on my own at home. Rose then looked at me with a smug look and said "OK BYE!" I left around 7:38 in complete shock. I've never had an experience like this, and I hope no one else goes through anything close to this!!
