I was a new customer in the service department. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a warranty issue with my seat belt, Kyle in the service department said they couldn't fix the issue it wasn't an warranty defect. Possibly it was in a car accident and they had to remove the door panel or the air bags where deployed that was his explanation. I explained to them, I recently purchased my car at another major dealership. They showed me the car fax didn't say it was in a car accident, nor that the air bags where deployed or the passager door was removed. I had a poor Customer experience at Larr H Miller VW. For a simple Seat belt issue they wouldn't replace or resloved. I would not recommend going to them.
