  • Meant to review sooner!! We recently worked with Summit this past winter and bought a house this February with Summit's help! My husband and I are so glad we worked with Keith and the team at Summit! Pros: -clean, accommodating facility (coffee!) -friendly, non-judgmental staff answered our first time home owner questions without making us feel stupid (had an issue meeting with another bank rep when we were shopping around who did just the opposite and may as well have rolled her eyes at me) -excellent communication and response time to our emails or calls -super straight forward and easier than expected process buying our home -credit union perks made us switch from Chase to bank with Summit! -app for online banking Con: -The only complaint I could have is sometimes there's a bit of a wait in line to see someone at the desk, but that's not always within staff control Thank you, Summit!
