  • Wow I read some of the lousy reviews, I don't get it. I been coming here for 4 years. Put 4 new tires on my Mustang in 2012, great job. WENT in 2/2/2017 for multiple engine issues. They did thorough check and sat down with me with estimate. I asked what was necessary and knocked about a third off my bill. Didn't charge for oil change, and other stuff b/c included in scheduled work. Very reasonable, had my vehicle for 4 hours with a shopping list to things to repair and replace. Vehicle, 1999 Durango, now it runs like a dream. Really! I may keep it for a few more years thanks to Big O Tires. Big shout out to JASON, service rep. Sharp, polite, respectful and honest. Didn't try to sell me anything but advised safety first. Looked under the hood with the mechanic (nice guy) and he explained what was needed. GIVE them a try you may find a gem in the desert.
