rev:text	Good morning , Don't bother calling this store because when calling the store its routed to a answering service and then they say they will connect you to this store and when doing so they will literally pick it up and hang it up ( EVERY TIME ) after being on hold 30 minutes or more . ( VERY FRUSTRATING) with that being said I DO want to give a HUGE shoutout to Fransisco . When I went into the store he was SUPER informative on every question I had on my new RED apple phone and even sold me a Apple TV . ( he showed me how it works and was super honest with all the details ) . He also sold me a phone case ( a clear one to show off my red phone ) lol he was the only associate that seemed to genuinely care about his customers . The other associate ( can't remember their name ) would just point me in the direction of whatever I was asking for and then just shine me on when I had a question. THANK YOU FRANSISCO for all your help ! And for going above and beyond to help me
