I have always received the level of service that I expect when using a retail chain ran under solid management. They seem to keep a good level of inventory and what isn't available in-house they seem to procure in 48-72 hours, in most cases. The employees seem to be a bit more knowledgeable when compared to the competition and also seem to be a bit more efficient in moving the line through. Lastly, the quality of Napa's house brands are FAR superior to any other outlet, IMO.
