  • If I could give less I would for the stars! Today My husband went into the store to pick up pair for the red v2s after receiving a call stating he was one of the winners of the raffle. He was super excited not thinking he would win. When we entered the store to get his size 11 pair the employee came back and said your ticket isn't back in the store room. He then called the manager over and she checked also and stated the same response. We sat there and argued how could something like this happen her response was we called a lot of numbers. We sat there and asked is there some shady business going on to hook people up. She stood there bouncing her leg almost nervously and just kept saying I don't know what if you were called but there is not pairs for you. My husband called corporate to leave a complaint and will continue to voice the complete disgust with how this location is operating. He said the excitement he had was like when they are told you are going home after being deployed and shortly later it turning around and say you are extended for another month.
