Once we took delivery of the car, Charlie took the time to go over all the working features of the vehicle and to ensure all our questions were answered. A week later, when we returned to have the alarm activated, Charlie also had the car washed and took the time to explain how to understand and work the alarm. In the interim, Charlie called to ensure all was well and that we did not have further questions.
Our experience at Arrowhead Honda turned out to be an advantage for buying a new car over a used car (what we typically do). Their low pressure and high service approach is what I hoped for in a car buying experience and I strongly recommend the dealership, and Charlie A.
