My grandson just started attending here and so far we're impressed. The teachers seem very competent and concerned, their methods seem organized. They keep track of everything that happens to your child throughout the day: what they eat, how long they sleep, their overall level of happiness, diaper changes and contents, any mishaps and "Owie Reports," etc. They have a wide variety of play equipment and toys for them. They help with toilet training. About the only thing I didn't see was an outdoor play area. It is located in a strip mall next to the Goodwill, a handy location I'd say. And it IS Arizona where they wouldn't be able to play outside many months of the year anyway due to the heat. But it would be nice if they had that option when weather permitted.
If you are considering sending your child here they have scholarships available to help those in need. They have a great website too. I hope he will continue to be happy here. Socialization is important and for many toddlers this is their first exposure to play groups( and all the germs of the world, too, unfortunately!).
Dec. 2016-- all 3 of my daughter's children now go here and have since I first wrote my review. We are still happy with the care they get and the children enjoy being there. The communication is excellent and the director has worked with my daughter when she had financial difficulties and needed time to pay or catch up. Whatever my daughter has needed help with concerning her child care they have always been very receptive. There have been times when one of them received bites but that has not been ongoing and I had the same issues with my children at Childcare many years ago. It's just something that happens. We all wish it didn't including the teachers. They work with the parents to try and correct the situation in an appropriate way.
