  • My experience was horrible. I went there for my first appointment just for a cleaning and general check-up. The lady that took my x-rays did not know at all was she was doing. I sat there for twenty minutes while she played in my mouth trying to place the plates in my mouth which she had to try several times for each picture and then she screw up at least 5 pictures that we had to take again because they came out either blurry, all white out or half white. I could see all of it since the pictures were appearing on the screen in front of me. She kept mumbling words that i could not hear and i could tell she was very uncomfortable. Then, a guy jumped in to do the last two pictures. I was like "it's about time!" But when he left, he said: " hey, sorry for the torture"! it was handled so unprofessionally. This is x-rays of my mouth we are talking about. Not a pedicure !!!! I dont even know why this lady is working there, she is obviously not ready to do so!!!!! The dentist was ok. I just did not like the fact that he asked me 2 min after i met him why i wasnt wearing my retainer 20 years ago after i had my braces. I just told him i didnt have any problem with the way my teeth look and i am happy with it. I was not there for this reason!!! The hygienist was very sweet and did a good job. And the girls at the front desk, very nice and professional. But, that wont make me go back there.
