  • I know they're new but still very disappointed.... We never got a call when our order came into their onsite warehouse. We had to call them and ask about it and the sales rep said oh ya it's here. Called ahead that same day to pick it up and we were told we had to come into the front office just and show our invoice, just to then be directed back out and told to drive around the building to the loading dock which way full of trash. Clearly a safety hazard and obviously set up to accommodate delivery trucks only. Oh and to top it all off, turns our furniture needs to be assembled like something from Ikea, which we were never informed of when we purchased.
