  • RIP OFF!! After years of coming to this location and numerous frustrating experiences, I will never return- I don't care that they are only two blocks from my house! I have always bought tires from here for the warranty, but it seems like every single time I try to redeem the warranty, they find a loophole where my warranty doesn't apply and I end up buying new tires. So the last time I bought all four new tires, (for nearly $400), I made sure to get the highest coverage so that I would avoid any "warranty issues." The guy who sold me the deal assured me I would have no problems getting my tires replaced with no charge during my coverage period. Yesterday after getting a flat tire, I go to get it replaced & checked my paperwork to make sure it's covered. They say because we haven't been getting our tires rotated by them it voids the warranty. Then we need to buy two new tires for nearly $400!? We got four tires for that from them before, but now they no longer carry those tires?!! They are scam artists! You have lost a customer of over a decade!
