  • At first I was thrilled with my oil change, and now I'm beyond disappointed!!! Got my oil changed ONE MONTH ago and my car has slowly been leaking oil for the past month which it never did before. Finally after going to visit a mechanic he was able to remove the stripped drain plug bolt (it was so over tightened that it ruined the bolt!!!) And it ruined the gasket as well! Stay far far far away from this company who over tightens the bolts to prevent people from doing their own oil changes. I will never return to Jiffy Lube and will take my business elsewhere! Do yourself a favor, save yourself an over priced oil change and go somewhere who won't mess up your car and cost you even more money!!!
