  • Ultimate U Medical, Dr. Kathleen Smith and the entire office, including the office manager, Gia, are absolutely a rip off. I have been waiting seven weeks for my renewal letter from the state of Nevada. I have talked to Gia three times after waiting over five weeks and she just kept telling me I'll talk to the state it's the states problem, blah blah blah. I called this morning and Gia Answered the phone, and when I said my name she passed the phone to someone else and refused to speak to me. And the other girl who Gia passed the phone to, told me that Gia refused to speak to me and that she told me to call the state. I did not pay the state $200 for my renewal I paid Ultimate U Medical this money and I feel I should not have to chase my renewal. I asked for a refund and they refused. People need their medication and that is why they go to a doctor. Do not go to this place they will take your money and give you nothing in return. I am going to the news stations and see if we can't get this place shutdown. Save your money and go somewhere else.
