  • I was just in this ulta today and the Murad girl was SO unbelievably rude. the guy was very nice and helpful. but the girl didn't help at all just kept trying to make us by the full price product instead of helping us find a deal. kept giving dirty looks. you guys should really consider hiring more friendly people. that was the biggest bitch i've ran into since moving to vegas! 0 customer service skills and i won't buy murad from here anymore thanks to her !
