  • If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in just for a simple bill payment. I was NEVER greeted by the associates. The "manager michelle" was too busy flirting with a guy to help , why the other associate stuck with his people and didn't even LOOK MY DIRECTION... I waited 20 mintues before being acknowledged,( after the gentleman she was helping decided to stop flirting and leave ). Before finally coming to help me she actually stopped by a guy who was just browsing eating his cookie not a car in the world .. he had just walked into the store BTW. .. she finally assists me , just to talk to him while helping me . I even made a comment " don't u wanna finish up with me before helping the next .. now he response was " well I want him checked in." Oh really ?because no one checked me in ! No one even acknowledged me for the first 20 damn minutes me nor my rowdy 5 year old talkin up a storm next to me HOW WHERE WE IGNORED ?!?!
