  • Ok pros first: the services are great and the girls I had were skilled at what they do. So that would have been a 5 star rating, however... Cons: wow, Rachel treated me like I was a huge idiot the whole time and was jerking my arms and wrists around, made me physically uncomfortable, and swatted my hands and fingers around when she wanted them moved. I'm not over exaggerating either. I am a cosmetologist. I'm licensed to do nails. I'm not an idiot and for her to be rude like that for no reason was uncalled for. I really wanted to like her too, because her tattoos are beautiful and she looked like she would be a chill nail artist. But I was wrong. Here's the deal honestly. Customer service is the most important thing you can have. If you're amazing at your craft but have an awful attitude, it will take you no where. If you're just ok but have great customer service, people will flock to you. So while the girl who did my pedi and the lady that helped me at the front were so sweet, Rachel ruined the whole experience for me. Won't be back.
