  • considering it has Emeril's name on it, i expected way better. sure, the lobster bisque was good, but my steak was extremely, EXTREMELY tough, and although i hate spicy food, my boss said his etouffee had "no heat" for cajan-inspired dish. the service was definitely lacking both in friendliness and speed. come on, you guys can do way better...but next time, Wolfgang Puck.
