I bought tires here when I lived nearby. I relocated to az and was told by the service dept that I could go to "any Hyundai dealership and get my tire fixed/replaced". They said they were going to email me a copy of my receipt for the az dealership to process the warranty. I have yet to receive an email. I got a flat tire Monday, it is now Thursday and I am still on a donut and am now being told by the az dealership, that centennial said they made a mistake and it's not a Hyundai warrantied tire and that they were going to "personally call me apologize". Tick tock, no call yet and again day number 4 on a donut in the az summer with 3 kids. I spoke to Rachel and she was the only person who actually followed thru on what she said she was going to do(which was fax the receipt/info to the az Hyundai dealership. If you see this Rachel, thank you for having integrity.
I prefer doing business with people who mean what they say, and say what they mean. I understand human error. But the ball dropping, misinformation from several people I talked to and lack of accountability will keep me from dealing with this dealership or Hyundai in general.
