| - Scheduled a plumber to fix a toilet that was filling intermittently. He arrived on time was friendly and polite, covered his shoes, etc. He replaced the guts of my toilet and assured me the problem was fixed. Told me I had a 2 year warranty.
The problem was not fixed, and the intermittent filling persisted, so I pulled up my invoice to call them about the problem. This is when I realized my invoice was incorrect, it saiid NO WARRANTY in big letters and described work that had. NOT been done. I called, was told the invoice would be amended and scheduled another appointment.
This time the tech was over an hour and a half late, and after numerous phone calls, I cancelled the appointment. I spoke with the manager and after a heated discussion, he agreed to send a different tech out the following Saturday. We agreed on a time. I also brought up the invoice that had not yet been amended, he agreed to do it and did.
The next Saturday, I received a call from the manager a half hour after our agreed upon time, offering to come in about an hour. I was frustrated but calm, but we had a hard time agreeing to a new appointment time. After going around and around about scheduling, I asked to speak to someone else and was told there was no one else. I suggested that he refund half of my money and we part ways. He told me he would send me the paperwork to make that happen, so we will see.....
Manager I was working with was upset by my review and I eventually was contacted by another manager who agreed to refund ALL of my money. I was impressed by the persistence of this person to correct the situation. We had a very professional discussion and he was very understanding. I received my refund and am updating this review, to reflect this company's follow through and resolution of my concern.
